Box Score GARLAND, Texas -- The Mississippi Valley State women's basketball team suffered its fifth loss of the season Monday night following a 91-52 loss at SMU. 

Olivia Kennedy and Jasmyne Sanders led Valley with 12 points apiece while DeRita Silas chipped in 11. MVSU (0-5) shot 34.5 percent and made 9-of-17 free throw attempts. 

SMU led the Devilettes 45-25 at halftime. 

The Devilettes will be off until Nov. 29 when they travel to face Southern Miss.
