HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Mississippi Valley State University volleyball program posted a better hitting percentage (.188 to .172) but could not translate that success into victory.

The Green and White had possibly its best set of the season in the third, amassing 12 kills and two errors over 27 attack attempts for a hitting percentage of 0.370.
 
Jeila Fullerton was the top performer for Coach Prince and company, leading the team in both kills (10) and digs (7).
 
Kiya Garza co-led the club in digs with Fullerton while Sydney Ross fronted the assists department at nine.
