Fred Smith (Defensive Back | 6-1 | 185 | Junior | Southern Miss | Hollandale, Mississippi):
 
Spent two seasons with the Golden Eagles after a two-year stint at Jones College. He appeared in four games at USM with an assisted tackle at Alabama and was a three-star prospect out of Jones in 2019 as rated by 247Sports. While with JC, he started nine contests over 21 games, bringing down 20 ballcarriers and breaking up four passes for the Bobcats.

Jordan Montgomery (Safety | 6-1 | 190 | Junior | Coahoma CC | Biloxi, Mississippi):
 
Was at Coahoma Community College for both the spring and fall seasons in 2021, racking up 47 tackles (35 solo) and three passes defensed plus a tackle for loss thrown in.

Jaron Marshall (Offensive Line | 6-3 | 300 | Graduate Student | Abilene Christian | Upper Marlboro, Maryland):
 
Saw action in two games with the Wildcats, playing once in 2019 before redshirting then getting in again for a contest in 2020.

Jimmy Bennett (Offensive Line | 6-2 | 300 | Junior | Mississippi Gulf Coast CC | Clinton, Mississippi):
 
The former Bulldog participated in five games during each of his three seasons for the NJCAA powerhouse, starting once his freshman season, twice in the spring and twice in the fall campaign.

Calijuwon Johnson (Defensive Back | 6-2 | 180 | Junior | Itawamba CC | Biloxi, Mississippi):
 
Was an Indian for the 2021 season only, compiling 23 tackles (20 solo) and three pass breakups in nine outings.

Kentario Davis (Offensive Line | 6-2 | 300 | Junior | Jones College | Crystal Springs, Mississippi):
 
Started for two seasons on the Bobcats' o-line, earning an All-MACCC Second Team selection this year while paving the way for the 2,000-yard career of running back La'Damian Webb.

Azhaun Dingle (Running Back | 6-1 | 215 | Redshirt Freshman | Tyler JC | Bayonne, New Jersey):
 
Was a bell cow in the Apaches' backfield, toting the rock 128 times for 908 yards and five touchdowns while adding 52 yards over eight catches in nine games during the fall of 2021. He went for an average of 101 yards a contest including 7.1 per rush including a 75-yard score at Cisco College. The shifty ballcarrier went over the century mark on the ground five times, exploding for an eye-popping 232 yards and 15.5 yards a carry while finding paydirt once in a shootout 69-57 victory over Navarro College.

Stefon Smith (Defensive Line | 6-3 | 275 | Junior | Hinds CC | Indianola, Mississippi):
 
Saw action in all 12 for the Eagles last season, registering 40 tackles (27 solo), eight tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, a pass breakup, and a forced fumble. He had a season-high seven takedowns against MGCCC, a full sack plus two tackles for loss opposite Southwest Mississippi CC, and his pass breakup came versus Jones College.

Dyvon McKinney (Hybrid | 6-0 | 210 | Freshman | Mercer | Asheboro, North Carolina):
 
Played both offense and defense for the Bears, seeing time in 11 games. Played in eight games on defense during the 2020 season where he made two tackles and over three contests on offense in the 2021 campaign, he got three carries for 25 rushing yards (8.3 yards per carry).

Tyler Shorter (Defensive Back | 5-11 | 180 | Sophomore | Northeast Mississippi CC | Sardis, Mississippi):
 
Logged 22 tackles (14 solo), three pass breakups, a tackle for loss plus an interception over nine games with the Tigers during his lone season.

Tonorris Brookins II (Wide Receiver | 6-2 | 195 | Junior | East Mississippi CC | Macon, Mississippi):
 
Hauled in eight catches for 151 yards (18.9 yards per reception) and two scores in his single season with the Lions.

Cameron Gardner (Wide Receiver | 6-4 | 215 | Junior | Mississippi State | Starkville, Mississippi):
 
Over three seasons at MSU, the wideout accumulated 117 receiving yards for an average of 9.0 yards on 13 catches during 26 career contests.

Chaddrick Moses (Defensive Back | 6-0 | 180 | Junior | Mississippi College | Ellisville, Mississippi):
 
Brought down five ball carriers over nine appearances for the Choctaws during the 2019 campaign including a multi-tackle outing at West Georgia on November 2.

Malcolm Johnson (Defensive Back | 6-0 | 190 | Junior | Langston | Houston, Texas):
 
Was a game changer for the NAIA Langston Lions this year, going for 47 tackles (32 solo), three passes defensed and two interceptions. He had two games with at least 12 tackles including a season-best 15 in a win over Ottawa-Arizona. During his season debut at Wayland Baptist, the ball hawk snagged a pick and raced 60 yards to the house for a touchdown during a 50-0 beat down of the Pioneers.

Cameron Hines (Wide Receiver | 6-0 | 180 | Junior | East Mississippi CC | Starkville, Mississippi):
 
Last season for the Lions, Hines caught 11 balls for 138 receiving yards for an average of 12.5 yards per catch in nine contests.

Myles Hopson (Wide Receiver | 6-2 | 195 | Junior | East Mississippi CC | Madison, Mississippi):
 
Teammate in the EMCC wide receiver room with Cameron Hines, Hopson logged nine catches, 101 yards and 11.2 yards a reception over nine games with the Lions.

Mike Cockream (Hybrid | 6-1 | 215 | Junior | Jones College | Benoit, Mississippi):
 
Played in 23 games over three seasons for the Bobcats, earning First Team All-MACCC honors during the COVID-19 shortened 2020 campaign. He secured 112 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, five quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and an interception during his illustrious tenure.

Jamari Jones (Quarterback | 6-3 | 210 | Junior | East Mississippi CC | Fannin, Mississippi):
 
The top-ranked JUCO signal-caller in the country, Jones led the Lions to a MACCC Championship this season as he threw for 2,153 yards and 27 touchdowns while completing 64% of his passes (179-for-279). As a runner, the Northwest Mississippi High School alumni contributed another 573 yards and another six scores, averaging 6.9 yards per pop. A three-star prospect and the 80th-best overall player in the nation according to 247Sports, he had been getting serious interest from schools such as 2022 Sugar Bowl participants Ole Miss and Baylor, SEC bowl qualifiers Missouri and South Carolina, Bret Bielema's Illinois out of the Big Ten, SWAC champion Jackson State, fellow Mississippi conference-mate Alcorn, and 2021 FCS Playoff qualifier Tennessee-Martin.

Naricuss Driver Jr. (Tight End | 6-3 | 266 | Southern Miss | Atlanta, Georgia):
Was last seen donning the Black and Gold of Southern Mississippi, appearing in the first four games of the 2020 campaign before suffering a season-ending injury. He made two catches for 62 yards including a 61-yard reception for a score versus Tulane on September 26, 2020. Prior to his stop in Hattiesburg, Driver Jr. was a 2018 All-KJCCC Second Teamer at Highland Community College.

Kenderian Dixon (Linebacker | 6-1 | 220 | Jones College | Vaughn, Mississippi):
Logged 58 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, two quarterback hurries, a pass breakup and a forced fumble while taking his lone interception back 65 yards for a touchdown during an 8-2 fall 2021 season.
 
Abdural Lee (Safety | 5-10 | 180 | Junior | Copiah-Lincoln CC | Starkville, Mississippi):
Averaged 10.1 tackles per game for the Wolves (48 solo, 43 assisted) plus one interception versus East Mississippi Community College in 2021.

Javin Griffin (Offensive Line | 6-3 | 300 | Freshman | St. Martinsville HS | St. Martinsville, Louisiana):
During his senior season with the Tigers, Griffin was a driving force behind the performance of his quarterback Tanner Harrison and running back Steven Blanco, who both produced 1,000-yard rushing campaigns with the help of the 300-pounder.
 
Devin Runnels (Offensive Line | 6-7 | 310 | Freshman | Beecher HS | Mount Morris, Michigan):
A two-star recruit and top-100 offensive line prospect in the state of Michigan, Runnels had originally committed to Big Ten school Michigan State University before flipping to The Delta. At 6-foot-7, 310-pounds, the mountain of a man was an All-State First Teamer plus All-Region and All-Conference as he anchored a Buccaneers offense that averaged 22.8 points per game.

Detrick Jones (Defensive Line | 6-0 | 310 | Freshman | Grissom HS | Huntsville, Alabama):
Jones was a 7A Region 4 First Teamer, named to the First Team All-Metro and was a captain of Alabama's North vs. South All Star Team. He notched 79 tackles his senior season with 43 being solo to go along with 22 tackles for loss, 14 quarterback hurries and 1.5 sacks.
 
Ghana Oboh (Running Back | 5-10 | 190 | Freshman | Miami Central HS | Miami, Florida):
A three-star recruit on 247Sports, Oboh also had an offer on the table from Conference USA member Florida Atlantic, which he spurned for the Delta Devils. He appeared in seven games for Florida's 2021 5A State Champions, posting 470 rushing yards over 65 carries and five scores including two 100-plus yard performances and a 7.2 yards per tote average.
 
Justin Ested (Defensive Line | 6-3 | 240 | Freshman | Kennesaw Mountain HS | Kennesaw, Georgia):
The Georgian left offers on the table from FBS schools such as Georgia Tech, Marshall and Troy as well as FCS members Eastern Kentucky, Tennessee-Martiin and Campbell to sign with Coach Vincent Dancy's squad. A member of the All-Cobb County First Team, Ested took down 89 ballcarriers (70 by himself) on top of 11 sacks, forcing a pair of fumbles and snagging an interception for the Mustangs in a stellar 2021 senior season.

Jakobe Shell (Defensive Line | 6-3 | 260 | Freshman | Forrest City HS | Forrest City, Arkansas):
Registered 117 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, 16 quarterback hits, 4.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and caused two passes defensed in his senior year with the Mustangs.

Ejavious Jackson (Defensive Line | 6-2 | 320 | Freshman | Kemper County HS | DeKalb, Mississippi):
Registered 23 tackles, five sacks, two tackles for loss, a quarterback hurry plus a forced fumble for the Kemper County Wildcats last year.
