• Childress made his Delta Devils debut on Saturday and provided a glimpse of his potential on Monday, leading the team in both points (14) and assists (3) in 32 minutes as a reserve.

 

• Michael James, the usual suspect at the top of the scoresheet, tied the newcomer with 14 points in addition to grabbing five boards, swiping three steals, and dishing out a pair of dimes.

 

• Daniel Mayfield captained the defensive end courtesy of a game-high four steals, collecting nine points and one of the club's two blocked shots as well.

 

• X'Zaevion Barnett recorded the most rebounds (7) for Coach Ivory on top of five points while Tyrone Iroghama rejected MVSU's other swat.
