• Kendall Brookins was a singles machine, collecting three of the team's six knocks over four plate appearances and drove in the only run of the afternoon.

 

• Tanner Aoki also had a multi-hit day (2-for-4) and Lucas Valencia showcased some electric pitching, striking out five Skyhawks in three innings on the hill.

 

• Eric Williams was the lone Devil to cross the dish, doing so after a single through the 5-6 hole and walking once too.

 

• Jace Jones and Ty Burns coaxed ball fours while Gabe Huelsing and Cody Leming got trips to first base courtesy of HBPs.
