Box Score OXFORD, Miss. -- The Ole Miss women's basketball team defeated Mississippi Valley State, 72-60, Saturday at the Tad Smith Coliseum. 

A'Shanti  Weathers and Jasmyne Sanders scored 14 points each to lead the Devilettes who were coming off their first win of the season last week against Eastern Kentucky. 

Valley shot 38.9 percent and converted 13 of 23 free throw attempts. 

Four Lady Rebels scored in double figures led by Valencia McFarland with 20 points. 

MVSU will be back in action Dec. 18 at Memphis.
