ITTA BENA -- The Mississippi Valley State women's basketball team easily wiped away Grambling State Monday night 84-64 at the Harrison HPER Complex.
Khristina Clemons led MVSU with 18 points while A'Shanti Weathers and Lenise Stallings chipped in 11 each for the Devilettes, who shot 53.1 percnet from the field.
Joanna Miller paced Grambling with 32 points on 10 of 17 attempts. She finished 8 of 14 from behind the arch.
MVSU led 41-29 at halftime.
The Devilettes will be back in action Thursday in their final regular season game at 5:30 p.m. against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Fans are asked to wear pink to the game in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness.
