ITTA BENA, Miss. --- The 2^nd Annual Rick Comegy Youth Camp welcomed over sixty student-athletes to the Rice-Totten Stadium on Saturday morning.
 
The MVSU coaching staff broke the student-athletes into age brackets, as the camp was open to all players between the ages of 8-16.  
 
Head Football Coach Rick Comegy stated, "The purpose of the free youth camp is to give the young boys [men] in the Mississippi Delta a chance to learn the fundamentals of football, develop their skills and just have a fun Saturday morning of football at The Valley."
 
The camp was strategically scheduled to allow the student-athletes time to implement any and all advice given to them in their upcoming seasons.
 
Comegy added, "I would like to thank the campers and their parents for making this year's camp a success."
