ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State athletics program will begin the home winter sports schedule on Friday before closing the book on the fall this Saturday as the men's basketball team plays its lone non-conference home game less than 24 hours before football says goodbye to its seniors.
Friday, November 18:
Friday night the Mississippi Valley faithful will get to watch its Delta Devils basketball team in a live regular season game in person for the first time since Valley Madness as Coach Ivory's group hosts the University of North Alabama at 7 p.m. inside the R.W. Harrison HPER Complex.
Saturday, November 19:
Football concludes its campaign at 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon with Senior Day where it will honor its graduating student-athletes prior to kickoff. The Devils are looking to win its second in-a-row against the Panthers of Prairie View A&M who invade Rice-Totten Stadium with a chance to clinch its second straight SWAC West Division Championship with a victory over Valley.
Sunday, November 20:
After its brief one-game stop in the Mississippi Delta, the men's hoops squad take to the road once again to face Mizzou on SEC Network+ as part of the Collegiate Hoops Roadshow at 6:30 p.m. in Columbia, Missouri.
