UNA has coasted in a pair of games against NAIA competition (Oakwood and Blue Mountain) on top of defeating Alabama A&M on the road en route to a 3-0 start.

The Purple and White have lit up the scoreboard in its trio of matchups, slotting sixth in the country for field-goal percentage (57.8), eighth for scoring offense (97.3), and has a top-20 rebounding margin to boot (14.3).

Two Daniels, Braster and Ortiz, have been the catalysts for the offensive onslaught as the former has made 83.3% of his shot attempts while the latter has sank an average of 4.33 triples a contest to sit in sixth nationally with a conversion rate of 61.9%.
