ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State athletics program will be racking up the frequent flyer miles and the buses will be in constant motion as the trio of volleyball, men's and women's basketball will all be playing multiple games away from Itta Bena in a road-heavy slate.
 
Wednesday, November 9:
 
First up on the list is women's basketball's season opener as it makes the short trip east to Starkville for a 7 p.m. date with the Lady Bulldogs at Mississippi State.
 
Friday, November 11:
 
Volleyball will make its farthest trip of the regular season by over 250 miles, going all the way to Daytona Beach, Florida to take on the Bethune-Cookman Lady Wildcats at 5 p.m. CT.
 
Women's basketball will make its second straight SEC excursion and second in three days when it goes down to the Bayou opposite #14 LSU at 7 p.m. inside the Pete Maravich Center.
 
Saturday, November 12:
 
Men's basketball will participate in some midnight madness when it tips off at midnight CT to begin the Rainbow Classic against the host Rainbow Warriors.
 
Volleyball concludes the 2022 campaign versus the one-loss Lady Rattlers in the Snake Pit at 2 p.m. local time and 1 p.m. in the Delta.
 
Football ends the busiest day of the week in the same city as women's basketball the night prior, albeit a different foe, the Southern University Jaguars at 2 p.m.
 
Sunday, November 13:
 
A normal start time awaits the Delta Devils men's hoops team on Sunday as it faces one of the top mid-majors in the country, the Yale Bulldogs, in a neutral site battle at 7:30 p.m. in Honolulu.
 
Monday, November 14:
 
Devilettes basketball ends its three-game road swing to open the campaign in Music City versus Lipscomb at 4 p.m.
 
The men wrap up both the week and their week in paradise against Eastern Washington at 9:30 p.m. CT before flying back to Itta Bena.
