ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State University athletics program recognizes soccer's
Pryce Freeman and football's
Ty'Jarian Williams as the MVSU student-athletes of the week.
Each week, MVSU Office of Athletic Communications recognizes two student-athletes. This award recognizes student-athletes who have excelled in competition, in the classroom, and in the community over the past week, exemplifying the Championship Culture of MVSU.
Pryce Freeman, a freshman midfielder from Atlanta, Georgia, scored 2 goalies in competition over the weekend continues to be an asset to the team.
Ty'Jarian Williams, a freshman quarterback from Aliceville, Alabama, went 18/31 for 227 yards and one touchdown over the weekend.
Soccer will host Alabama A&M on Friday October 13 at 5:00PM.
Football will host Arkansas Pine-Bluff for Homecoming on Saturday October 14 at 2:00PM.
