ITTA BENA, MS - In exactly 100 days, the 2024 John A. Merritt Classic between Mississippi Valley State University and Tennessee State University will light up Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
The John A. Merritt Classic is an annual football event that began in 1999, dedicated to honoring the legacy of John Ayers Merritt, the renowned football coach who led Tennessee State University's Tigers from 1963 to 1983.
The 2024 Classic will broadcast live on ESPN+, bringing the excitement to a global audience.
Tickets for the John A. Merritt Classic go on sale on June 10th and can be purchased at
www.tsutigers.com/tickets. As the clock ticks down to game day, fans are encouraged to secure their seats early.

Season tickets and parking sales for MVSU will end on June 30.
Ticket prices start at $100 for a four-game home schedule that includes matchups against Alcorn State, Bethune-Cookman, Prairie View A&M, and Alabama A&M.
