ITTA BENA, MS – The 2023 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Cross Country Championships will be held on Monday (Oct. 23) at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida.
 
The cross country championship begins with the women's race on the 5K course, starting at 8 a.m. CST, with the men's race on the 8K course beginning at 9 a.m. CST. 
 
Fans can follow the Delta Devils and Devilettes at the annual championship by logging on to YouTube and watching the team compete on the SWAC Digital Network.
