BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Mississippi Valley State University track & field program only competed in a pair of events on the second and last day of the SWAC Indoor Championships as a quartet of Devilettes showed off their competitive spirit.

Devilettes' Top Performers:

- Yvelisse Zamora was the only one of the four student-athletes for Coach Snapp to surpass their personal record, launching the shot put a distance of 7.96 meters.

- Jamison Ware competed in the singular running event, moving around the track in a time of 22:38.67 during the 5,000m.

- Aniyah Thomas logged the highest finish of the afternoon for the second straight day, earning 14th at the shot put (9.58m) whereas Brooklyn Brunt also took part in the same event, hurling the ball-like object 7.56 meters.
