Results

OXFORD, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State men's track and field place at Ole Miss Classic. 

Men's Field Events

Freshmen Markeith Wilson and Elijah Johnson both placed 4th in the High Jump with a leap of 1.80m. 

Sophomore Calvin Adolph placed 10th in Javelin Throw with a distance of 36.45m. 

Men's Running Events

Senior Jacob Bell finished 2nd in the 400m Hurdles, crossing the finish line at 55.80. 

Sophomore Desmond Ferrell finished 5th in the 110m Hurdles, crossing the finish line at 14.63.

Junior Decorius Murray finished 6th in the 100m, with a time of 10.71. 

The 4x400 Relay team (Johnson, Bell, Simmons, and Robinson) placed 5th, stopping the clock at 3:23.01.  

Up Next: 

The Delta Devils Outdoor Track & Field will travel to Hattiesburg, Miss., to compete in Southern Miss Invitational. The Southern Miss Invitational will begin on Friday, March 31, and conclude on Saturday, April 1.
